The Darke County Solid Waste District will be sponsoring an appliance recycling day on Saturday, April 2nd from 9:00 a.m. to Noon at the Darke County Fairgrounds Ohio Center (look for signs).

Items accepted include refrigerators*, washers & dryers, microwaves, dishwashers, air conditioners*, stoves, dehumidifiers*, freezers* and furnaces. *Freon removal and recycling is free.
