Purpose: To review a Survey Plat Plan submitted by the Village of Versailles regarding the acquisition of a 0.937 acre parcel from the Versailles Schools. The Planning Commission is also scheduled to discuss the Concept Plan previously submitted by Steve Barhorst regarding the proposed development of an approximate 2.648 acre parcel between Maple Street and Homer Street south of East Main Street.
